Upon graduating from Weber State University in 1985, Mr. Forakis embarked upon a career in manufacturing and business management. He has worked in various capacities with Fortune 500 companies including Vice President of Operations for Coca-Cola Enterprises. Mr. Forakis’ career has included extensive travel throughout North and Central America and Europe while working and living in many cities across the country including Washington D.C., Baltimore, Boston, Los Angeles, Dallas and Phoenix. Currently, Mr. Forakis is the President and CEO of USA Packaging and Screen Print which creates and decorates packaging for the high end health and beauty industry as well as the food and chemical industry. Mr. Forakis serves as the Chairman of the Board for the Mingus Mountain Academy, a residual treatment center for at-risk and troubled girls. The facility is a 120 acre campus which services as many as 139 girls at any one time.

Tim Peterson

Tim is currently the President and CEO of American Filter & Equipment Corp., an Arizona based Corporation that supplies products for the maintenance of construction equipment, mining equipment, industrial machinery and automotive facilities. He has held this position for 20 years. Prior to the above, Tim owned several companies based in Singapore and Hong Kong providing logistical support for off shore oil drilling operations. Being from San Diego, Tim was part of the flourishing Tuna fisheries for many years and is a Licensed Captain with several Pacific Ocean crossings. He holds a degree in Marine Technology and is a member of Toastmasters International.

Anne Gardner

Anne Gardner has resided in Cave Creek since 1998.  She is a graduate of University of Illinois with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.  Anne worked for large corporations in project management and relationship management.  Anne’s last big local project was the Bank One/ Chase merger. Anne was previously licensed as a real estate agent in Ohio in 1997, and was relicensed in Arizona in 2011, when she began working for Realty One Group.  Her focus has been primarily on horse and rural properties in the Valley.  Anne joined the Sibbach Team in the summer of 2015 as a full-time transaction coordinator and horse property specialist. Anne lives in Cave Creek with her two quarter horses and actively team ropes with friends and neighbors.  Anne’s background in project management and real estate make her a valued asset to the Sibbach Team.

Michael Goldenberg is currently the Vice Chairman of The Board. Michael received his Bachelor of Science from the prestigious Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management at Cornell University in 1986 and his Juris Doctor from The Boston University School of Law in 1989. Michael’s professional experience includes serving as corporate counsel for First American Financial before moving to Arizona in 2002. Before joining The Board in 2010 Michael focused his charitable endeavors toward the American Cancer Society. Currently Michael is of counsel to Hauf Law PLC where he concentrates on business and estate planning.

Jillian Schroeder

Currently, the head of the fund-raising committee, Jillian spent the first 15 years of her career working in the financial services sector for Fortune 500 companies including Wells Fargo and Americredit. In addition to bringing to the board her ten years of experience in fund-raising for Homeward Bound, March of Dimes and others, Jillian also brings a personal passion for “breaking the cycle”  of abuse. Shortly after moving to Arizona from Granbury, Texas in 1995 Jillian met Eric, her husband of the past 12 years. Currently, Jillian is the president and CEO of the Schroeder Insurance Agency.

Tikki is a first-generation college graduate and Arizona State University alumni with Bachelor Degrees in Political Science and Sociology and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with a concentration on Public Finance. She spent the early part of her career as a lead financial project manager and client relations specialist for Mission Critical construction operations under the largest privately held electrical contractor in the nation. Tikki currently provides financial and enterprise solutions to small businesses and is co-owner and founder of Dose Locker Nutritional Supplements and Accessories.

Angie graduated from the University of Arizona, where she earned, with honors, her Bachelor of Science in Child Development and Family Relations. During which time, she worked for the Tucson Judicial Supervision Program, supervising child/ parent visitations, and exchanges. Shortly thereafter, she obtained her Arizona real estate license and became a new home sales agent, earning and maintaining her status as a multi million dollar producer for the following ten years. Since then, Angie has been working for the Scottsdale Unified School District as a permanent substitute teacher for elementary school children, including those diagnosed as Emotionally and/or Behaviorally Disturbed. Recently, she graduated summa cum laude, from Northern Arizona University, with a Masters of Education-Human Relations, with an emphasis on Clinical Mental Health. Angie is also active in the Miss America Scholarship Pageant, and enjoys judging young, talented, and educated women at the local level, to represent their city at the state level.

Mike Schaub brings a lifetime of experience in helping kids of all ages and experiences.  Schaub has been working with At Risk youth for 20 years.  Mike has been a Foster Parent in a therapeutic Adult developmental home for 10 years and currently has 2 developmentally disabled residents living in his home. Schaub is a job coach for disabled adults, teaching, assisting and advocating for his clients as they attempt to find employment that will allow them to be recognized for their strengths and abilities.   Schaub’s passion is coaching, he has been coaching youth sports since he was 16 years old.  Currently he is the Director and coach to three teams, at USA Soccer in Phoenix, a co-ed league for 3-14 year olds players of all talent levels.  Schaub will return as the Varsity Soccer Coach at Jefferson Prep Academy for his third season this spring.
