Upon graduating from Weber State University in 1985, Mr. Forakis embarked upon a career in manufacturing and business management. He has worked in various capacities with Fortune 500 companies including Vice President of Operations for Coca-Cola Enterprises. Mr. Forakis’ career has included extensive travel throughout North and Central America and Europe while working and living in many cities across the country including Washington D.C., Baltimore, Boston, Los Angeles, Dallas and Phoenix. Currently, Mr. Forakis is the President and CEO of USA Packaging and Screen Print which creates and decorates packaging for the high end health and beauty industry as well as the food and chemical industry. Mr. Forakis serves as the Chairman of the Board for the Mingus Mountain Academy, a residual treatment center for at-risk and troubled girls. The facility is a 120 acre campus which services as many as 139 girls at any one time.

Currently, the head of the fund-raising committee, Jillian spent the first 15 years of her career working in the financial services sector for Fortune 500 companies including Wells Fargo and Americredit. In addition to bringing to the board her ten years of experience in fund-raising for Homeward Bound, March of Dimes and others, Jillian also brings a personal passion for “breaking the cycle” of abuse. Shortly after moving to Arizona from Granbury, Texas in 1995 Jillian met Eric, her husband of the past 12 years. Currently, Jillian is the president and CEO of the Schroeder Insurance Agency.

Michael Goldenberg is currently the Vice Chairman of The Board. Michael received his Bachelor of Science from the prestigious Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management at Cornell University in 1986 and his Juris Doctor from The Boston University School of Law in 1989. Michael’s professional experience includes serving as corporate counsel for First American Financial before moving to Arizona in 2002. Before joining The Board in 2010 Michael focused his charitable endeavors toward the American Cancer Society. Currently Michael is of counsel to Hauf Law PLC where he concentrates on business and estate planning.
Angie Daddario, MHR
Board of Directors - Secretary
Angie graduated from the University of Arizona, where she earned, with honors, her Bachelor of Science in Child Development and Family Relations. During which time, she worked for the Tucson Judicial Supervision Program, supervising child/ parent visitations, and exchanges. Shortly thereafter, she obtained her Arizona real estate license and became a new home sales agent, earning and maintaining her status as a multi million dollar producer for the following ten years. Since then, Angie has been working for the Scottsdale Unified School District as a permanent substitute teacher for elementary school children, including those diagnosed as Emotionally and/or Behaviorally Disturbed. Recently, she graduated summa cum laude, from Northern Arizona University, with a Masters of Education-Human Relations, with an emphasis on Clinical Mental Health. Angie is also active in the Miss America Scholarship Pageant, and enjoys judging young, talented, and educated women at the local level, to represent their city at the state level.
